PKFRONT works as the internal FRONT command, except it never moves an entity to another sheet.

PKBACK works as the internal BACK command, except it never moves an entity to another sheet.

Only entities on the COMMON sheet can be moved all the way to the front or the back. Entities on a sheet will stay on their sheet.
